Personal training is great if you have specific goals in mind that you need help or motivation to achieve. Whether you’ve been training without much progress or need help starting out one on one training can give you the well needed support. Having someone guiding you through the correct technique and intensity will put you closer to your goals whilst minimising the risk of injuries.
Private poledancing session – Are you new to poledancing and would like one on one support to help you start? Are you working on a trick but you need more time than the class allows? Are you working on a routine and need help with it? Are there not enough classes that you can make? Would you like to train with your friends only? Whatever the reason is I offer private classes for up to 5 people.
Personal training for pole – Have you hit a plateau and feels like you just can’t progress? Do you need to work on or mix up your conditioning? Are you working towards an aerial invert, deadlift, etc? Do you want to prevent avoidable injuries? Do you want to balance out your training with cross training? Do you want to work on your lower body and booty? And the list goes on… Depending on your goals and needs I can help you plan and complete a program that takes your crazy aerial lifestyle into consideration. The purpose of this is to compliment your training, not to work on specific pole moves.
Private calisthenics session – Do you need help starting out? Have you hit a plateau and feels like you just can’t progress? Are you working towards a move but unsure how to get there? Do you want to prevent avoidable injuries? Do you want to balance out your training with cross training? Do you want to work on your lower body and booty? And the list goes on… Depending on where you’re at in your calisthenics journey I can help you design and take you through a program that will help you achieve your goals. We can work on technique, correct muscle engagement, progressions, regressions, etc to help you move forward safely and efficiently.
Personal training for exercise referral – Have you been told by your doctor that you’d benefit from exercising? If so I can help you with certain medical conditions. The purpose of an exercise referral is to help manage the symptoms of your condition to improve your everyday life. Improvements can be made that dosage can be reduced or can completely come off medication. The qualification ensures that adjustments are made to ensure safe delivery of any exercise. Some conditions that I can help with include depression, stress and anxiety, obesity, asthma, COPD, diabetes, arthritis, hypertension, hypercholesterolemia, joint replacement, osteoporosis, simple mechanical back pain, etc. Please note medical clearance will be required before the start of any program.
Personal training for sports conditioning – Are you an athlete needing help to improve your performance? Are you preparing for an event? Did you just sign up to your first 5 k but haven’t run in like forever? I can plan a program that will take your sport’s specifics into consideration elevating your performance. If you need help starting out I can design a program that will safely help you get started and progress the most efficiently.
Personal training for weight loss, toning up, etc – Do you want to lose weight? Do you want to tone up? Do you want to get stronger? Do you want to improve your stamina? Do you want to get summer ready? Are you looking to fit into your wedding dress? And the list goes on… Whatever you goal is I can design a plan and help you get there.
We can train at Swingdon school of pole, community centres, in the comfort of your own living room or in a park. I’ve got more than enough equipment to take with me.
For pole, calisthenics or general training I can also complete an initial assessment with you and write up an 8 week plan which you can do on your own.
